How does it work?

Pickering Wellness Centre using a highly advanced form of spinal decompression called the PT-5, it is the only table on the market that combines decompression with vibration and gravitational traction resulting in a more comprehensive treatment in less time.

How does it change my spine?

Spinal decompression

Works by gently stretching the spine to change the force and position of the spine. This change takes pressure off the spinal disc which in turn helps the body heal.

Vibration Therapy

The major barrier to decompress the disc is the tight muscles around the disc. Vibration therapy targets those tight muscles forcing them into a relaxed state thus allowing for better results in a faster time frame.

Gravitational Traction

Elevates the patients feet above their head ( maximum of 30 degrees) with the purpose of intensifying the decompressive force again resulting in more comprehensive stretch to the spine. This is done to patient tolerance , not used on patients with blood pressure issues or patients that can’t tolerate
